She is actively involved in workplace mental health initiatives, employee well-being programs, mental health awareness sessions, PoSH training, and motivational talks that promote emotional resilience, self-awareness, and personal growth.
Her professional experience includes serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Social Work at Auxilium College, Vellore, where she was involved in teaching, mentoring, and guiding students. She has also worked as a Medico Social Worker and Counselor at PSG Hospitals, Coimbatore, providing psychosocial support, counseling, patient education, and multidisciplinary care coordination. In addition, she has experience supporting children with learning disabilities and slow learning abilities through individualized educational guidance and skill development.
